Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you avoid a cancellation fee.
Any cancellations/no shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be expected to pay a 50% booking fee to reschedule. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. **The fee/deposit will be applied to your service charge at the time of your rescheduled appointment at check out.
late policy
Please be on time for your appointments. If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit remaining time.
If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and pay a rebooking fee for the next service prior to scheduling. (Rebooking fee will be applied to your next scheduled service at checkout).

As your dedicated stylist, ensuring your satisfaction with your hair services is my top priority. if, by any chance, you are not completely satisfied with your haircut or color, please don't hesitate to contact me within 7 days of your appointment so that i can address any concerns and make it right for you.
